Conference Program

GV_Perpetrators_RIKK_hnappurThe conference program is now finalized and available. Speakers come from all the Nordic countries, including their associated territories of Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

In the opening session, on Wednesday 30 November, Tarja Filatov, Chair of Employment and Equality Committee in the Finnish Parliament, is holding the opening speech of the conference. Marius Råkil, director of Alternativ til Vold in Norway is the keynote speaker. Råkil will set the tone for the conference as he looks into developments and shifts in approaches and attitudes towards perpetrators over the last 3 decades.

Berta Vall talks on behalf of the Nu räker det project and Marja Ruotonen, Director of Human Dignity and Equality, Council of Europe, than talks about the Istanbul Convention.
